Return Policy

Quick Pick loves you, How you love your order. Received Incorrect Products? Quick Pick has strict quality control policies before orders are dispatched. But if you received any incorrect package please do these steps as follows:

  • Step 1: Reach Out to Us: Send us a friendly note at (company email)  with your order number, a photo of the item, and a quick description of the issue. We’re here to help, and we promise to make this easy.
  • Step 2: Approval and Instructions: Once we receive your message, we’ll give you all the details on where to send the item back.
  • Step 3: Return Shipping: For most returns, you’ll cover the return shipping. If the item was damaged or not what you ordered, though, we’ll take care of everything. Just one way we show our appreciation for you!
Refunds
  • As soon as we get the returned item and ensure everything’s good to go, we’ll process your refund. This typically takes 5-7 business days to show up on your end. Sorry, We Don’t Accept  Exchanges
  • Since we work with responsible suppliers, we’re unable to offer exchanges. But don’t worry—if there’s ever a problem with what you received, we’ll help you out with a return and a new order if needed.
